Happy with Weight-loss, Ketones now at 1.2mmol. I have been fasting for the last 36 hrs only drinking green and Rooibos Tea, taking multivitamin, carnitine and probiotics. I think the only reason I got to 36 hrs was initial accidental fast. My last meal was dinner on Tuesday @ 6pm.Yesterday (Wednesday)I was busy in the office, had my green tea as usual, was not feeling hungry, went to the Gym twice and before I knew it I had not eaten anything but water and tea (4L approx) in 26 hrs. I then started to think I should take a page from Bill on fasting and I figured once I wake up in the morning it will be 36 hrs so now I think I can make it tomorrow which will be 60 hrs. The easy bit is when you go to sleep. Woke up in the morning did 20 sit-ups. I am currently experiencing almost no lethargy so will see how I go. I did however almost struggle to go to sleep last night, maybe I got out of the gym too late. Will see how I go today but the prospect of a 60 hr fast sounds good to me. Mind over matter. This is just an experiment at this stage but I would welcome tips from seasoned fasters.
144 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 57 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're doing great, @Eightpac. If you can make it to day #4 or #5, you will notice that you're not hungry at all. Sounds like you're already getting a taste of that, even now. If you can make it to 60 hours, you might as well shoot for a 72-hour fast. You're doing great so far, though!

Some days are different than others. one day you will be starving the whole time and others you won't even think about food or be hungry. You get used to fasting but it can be quite difficult to do all the time.
