Well, I weigh 2.2 lbs less than I did when I weighed in last Wednesday. Very happy seeing as I didn't log any of my food intake in the past week. I know I am playing with fire but it is working for me so I will go with it for now. I did exercise 3 times this past week so I am proud of that. I have lost a total 13 lbs in the month of January but I know that the weight loss will slow down as I get closer to goal. 170's here I come.
