Hitting the gym in overdrive starting tomorrow, so this week has been about overfilling the caloric tank to get some reserves built up 💪

Wow, I am with DP! 😳 Went shopping yesterday and thought of you as I looked at the Chef Boyardee cans dropped one now the pasta is Al-Dented.🙃

I went over by <100 calories per day above my burn, but still put on an average of 3.5# - that 1lb drop today was the first lol. Been creeping up all week long 😉

I've been outta the gym for a couple months while trying to renovate my house. It burns a ton of calories, but I'm scared to see how my numbers drop in the gym lol.
