111.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Better than a gain! Maybe adjust your macros a bit, aim for lower carbs or fats ( or both)? I find a higher protein eating plan works for me.
