weight is slowly starting to creep back down. just started counting calories again. this will be my 3rd week and just finished my first consistent week of working back out. i finally rejoined the gym. I don't really want to lose weight, just tone. mainly this belly. story of my life!
70.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
