Very happy with weight-loss from yesterday, things starting to get back to normality but I will give it till Sunday before I re-embark on Keto but no fasting this time.
144.3 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 57.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
