Well, my first big gain, I knew it. I know it is only temporary as I have eaten late every day this week and my only exercise has been household chores. 😔
At work I am still working on April reports so I don’t leave my desk at all to walk. I want to be caught up at work!! Maybe, today I will try to get a couple of walks in. I think it’s a necessity!
Plus, my husband is in a two day fishing tournament tomorrow and I am getting ribs, that is my treat. 🙃 (Not deserving though) I will have to start tracking calories better, took the week off marking everything down, that wasn’t a good idea! What do you call someone who can't stick with a diet? A. A desserter! Have a Fabulous Friday and remember it takes pressure to make diamonds!🌺
