Even if you do everything right and stay on plan 100%, your body can and will bounce around - at least for us women. We all know the hormones effect everything! So don't get discouraged when the weight goes haywire. Just stick to plan and keep moving forward.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
