Thanks. In reply to your question, once I got my head in the right place with the help of hypnotherapy audible books for weight loss I found it a lot easier. I still have my weak days and go off track but I find that I crave fatty foods a lot less. I still have chocolate everyday, as I'm a chocoholic, I don't think I'd have stuck to otherwise.

Sharon.beall thank you for your comments x For me it helped to get my head in the place and to set myself small goals each of week of what I wanted to achieve. I also started an exercise program every day to Fabulous50 YouTube videos in front of my TV every morning
before breakfast. Plus I now don't eat for 4 hours before bedtime.
