It's crazy how quick the scales drop for me when I am focused and cut out all the crap and processed foods
86.7 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week

👍🏻 Exactly - It works! 😀 🌟 And a bit of extra exercise such as walking pays huge dividends too. Honestly there’s not much problem losing weight for most people most of the time, we just tend to self- sabotage a lot of the time. Cut the crap and develop good habits and be proud of your achievements.
