Wow, I was expecting a 100g loss! cool, I'll keep up the hilly walks, calorie watching and better eating.....and little to no alcohol 😬😁
65.3 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
