it is. i just did weigh in tonight another 0.7 kg
i did a trick in my composition.
the fast only 22 hrs once a week also seems to have taken more. hopefully it keeps going down.. slowly though.
im working hard on the gym side program and its helping alot. 10k steps a day.
negative calorie deficit and im doing it differntly to the norm. quite amazing when you know what to do. ill keep it posted but my abs are finally starting to show ... under neath is amazing but i have this water layer of a few % . 11% to 8% will be tough but if if i break the 10% it gets easier. finally... so happy atm.

Interesting- good to see some OMAD ers out their . Starting my OMAD (and TOMAD) journey today . Had few trial runs so think ironed few issues out (fiber) etc
