I have been coughing all morning, so far downed 2 gallons of water trying to stop the tickle in my throat. Not even getting close to the scale today.
I am taking some cough syrup just for my husband’s ears.🙃
The guy who created cough drops died last week.
There'll be no coffin at his funeral.😁

my cough water recipe is hot water with lemon juice, stevia, cinnamon, pinch of clove and cayenne to taste. copious amounts. I don't do honey unless I'm not into eating anything, then no harm.

Not sure where you're located, but here in CO, we are suffocating from smoke generated by the Oregon fires. It's traveling as far as texas and Minnesota if I remember correctly.

try using a vaporizer or humidifier to keep your throat passages moist and help with the nasal drainage. I get the same thing every allergy season and this works wonders on the coughing 🙂

Eat pineapple. It contains bromelin which is the active ingredient in most OTC cough syrups. It works
