It's my first journal entry and my 10th day on Keto. I don't have scales in my home so it won't be until I see my doctor that my weight can be checked. I honestly can't notice any difference in my size and had champagne the other night so that's probably not the best. This is only the 2nd time in my life that I am limiting my food in any way as well as my alcohol intake. Anyway so far I am coping psychologically with the idea of getting healthier through limiting my food.
