Weight back up a bit this morning. (No bowel movement yesterday or this morning.) My horsefly bites are driving me nuts with itching. Thankfully, I was able to go back to sleep without scratching when I woke up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I've got about four hours until the kids come over, so maybe I'll go ahead and take some Benedryl so I won't itch between now and then. Once I'm IN the pool, they probably won't itch, right?
Looking forward to my Amazon Fresh delivery coming this morning. I'm going to cut up all of the veggies for the salad, but keep them each in separate containers, so I can very accurately measure my calories. My husband likes everything mixed together in a big bowl, but then I can't measure the individual ingr3edients precisely.

Guess I better get the kitchen counters cleared off before the groceries arrive. I'm getting tired of not having a dishwasher. Water has accumulated in the bottom of my broken one, from the clean dishes dripping when I put them in there to air dry. Guess I need to get a couple of big towels and sop up the water before it starts to stagnate. UGH. I'd RATHER just go back to bed until the groceries arrive. Maybe I'll go lie back down and set an alarm for an hour. That will still give me time to clear and sanitize the counters. Yeah, that's the plan: Benedryl and an hour morning nap.

good idea to get rid of that water, it could be mosquito's rather than horsefly....I get giant welts with the mosquito bites.

You didn't really go up in weight. I eat a couple prunes before I go to bed to help relieve the poo problem, plus the cabbage soup is a natural laxative. I took some and blended it up and drink a half cup as well. 2 prunes 40 cal, 1/2 cup soup 10 cal.

I hope your the Benedryl works for you. I know those horsefly bites can really be a nuisance. With a family of 11 I can't imagine being without a dishwasher even for a day. I hope you have a blast with the children.
