That's 2.5kg lost in 2 weeks on 1200 low-carb calories. I can't function on that when I go back to teaching next week so upping to 1300-1400 🙂
64 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
