Training hard , eating what my body needs to properly function.
1,900 calories.
6 days of cardio (light to moderate intensity)
5-6 days of weight training moderate rate for a good hour.
Nothing short of 20 sets
63 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
