Well, I weigh the same, even though I feel less. 😒
A whale swims all day, only consumes fish and water, and is fat. A rabbit only eats vegetables, runs and hops all day long, and only lives 5 years. Meanwhile a tortoise doesn't run and does nothing energetic, yet it lives for 150 years. And you tell me to eat well and exercise! I don't think so.😁

Be encouraged...as long as your the same it's ok, but with hard work and dedication that stubborn weight will drop, it takes time, as I was told, it did not take a day to gain all the weight and it definitely won't take a day to take it back off. Keep pushing hun.

Why does it take 3 hours to gain weight, yet 3 days to lose it? Frustrations of life!!!🙃
Yet, I am confident I will get there, but sitting at the desk all day doesn’t help.
