Forgot to log in my weight yesterday, which was up. Also, didn't log anything yesterday - mostly ate snack mix all day and it shows on the scales this morning with my highest post-fasting weight of 208.2 Didn't check on any notifications at all yesterday and have over 200 built up. I won't be checking on any of them, and we're not taking the computer with us to Great Wolf Lodge. If anybody wants to get a message to me, probably best to private message me, as the notifications won't be checked until probably Friday afternoon.

Knee hurt really badly yesterday. Hurting a little this morning, but I'm going to try to nip it in the bud by going ahead and putting some Voltaren (Diclofenac cream) on it (even though that didn't seem to help yesterday, but I waited until it had been hurting for a long time before I put it on). Directions say you should use it four times a day, every day, and that it could take up to 7 days to work. Guess I should have read them at least seven days ago, huh?

I'm pretty much off the rails right now, and I'm PRAYING that I will be able to get back under control after this trip is over. Not even going to try today or tomorrow. I know that's not the best plan, but it's where my head is at right now.

I'll have my weight-loss work cut out for me when I get home!

I get the same “out of control” just before going on a trip. It doesn’t have to lead to failure. Try to enjoy, anything you eat off your plan, instead of feeling guilty. Have a fun filled vacation with your family. We’ll be here when you get back. 🎈👍

I went to the Great Wolf when I lived in Texas it is quite the sight you will wear it off

I'm in the same boat Debbie, I'm at 213 and was at 205 just a couple days ago. Discipline is key and accountability. You've done so well for so long. Just a minor snag. Keep it up! <><

Hi Deb, enjoy your trip. I know your will get a handle on that out of control feeling soon. It's good to find you here again. I had resistance to doing what I know works for about half a year. Starting again and your weekly challenge has been a big part of my past successes. Have fun now you can get in the swing of losing again when your return to your regular life.

Hey 👋 Deb, Haven’t been on all month. Out of town dealing with getting my Mom into Memory Care. All good. Maintained sub 150 which was my goal. Need to get under 145 by July 31 to meet a couple of HW challenges. 🤗
