Thanks! I actually want to maintain my weight but I’m trying to loose fat %. So use fatsecret in addition to Fitbit aria and they both do a great job together. Fatsecret holds me accountable for the quality of food and macros I’m introducing to my body while Fitbit allows me to track my body fat %.
