Let's bloody try again shall we! Started keto today, going to do a SIIT workout at some point today and try some meditation or EFT perhaps as well. Great plans, see how we go shall we.

All the best on the journey... EFT is great... Keto is a great way of eating for overall health and weight loss... The book "You're Not Broken" by Christopher M Duncan, might be beneficial as well...

keto limits your ability to lose fat body % . while you might get some results. I've found the crashing effect is not beneficial and you miss out on having chocalate/ ice cream with the same effect?
