The last 4 days I have not been following my macro's and up I went. I am back on track today following them to the gram! Also workout tonight will be 2 sets of multiple reps of step ups, hex bar, incline press, one arm row and ropes. Sweat out that fat.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
