Saying I did "reasonably well" yesterday because I wanted to eat ALL day, and basically DID eat all day, but I managed to keep the calories under 2,000, even splurging on some homemade guacamole and tortilla chips and an extra slice of Dave's Killer toast with avocado on it right before I went to bed last night.

Still, the scale was down a pound this morning, hallelujah! I'm beginning to think that maybe my "set point" for calories was effectively raised by my extended fast and then coming back with high-calorie meals for a couple of weeks. Who knows? Regardless, I am thankful for the 1-pound loss, and am praying that I will continue to make good choices and that the scale would continue to go down. It really helps to have a bunch of low-calorie things on hand.
