I am still sticking to the weekly meal plan, workout schedule and IF 18:6/20:4 until this Sunday. Not going to change anything 😬
41.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you do fast days as well or just time restriction. I am having a bit of a hard time sticking to it at the moment... working from home to close to the kitchen cupboard whe😏

Hi Thurid123 .. I have been fasting for 6 years with window eating of 12:12 or 14:10. Since a couple of months ago I made my window eating shorter and challenge myself to lose fat and gain more lean muscle tones within 2 weeks. It sounds a little bit strict, but I managed to accomplish my goals and in fact went lower than my targeted weight. Therefore I intend to tweak my weekly meal plan to attain a more ideal weight

Thanks Lia that’s interesting. I tried 5:2 and do lose as well when I stick to it but it’s hard for me in the last couple of months. Maybe I will try to stick to time restrictions in the next couple of weeks and see how I go. Cheers
