Another successful week done.... it feels like it's getting a little tougher. Struggling a bit with low energy and more cravings, but so far, sticking pretty much to the plan.
121.7 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
