So I cheated today and weighed myself after the kenpo workout. I just didn't feel like weighing myself before. So I am not including it in my challenge weigh ins.

I tried to keep engaging the muscles during kenpo x, I find with all the hip swivels we do that my abs are worked as much or even more than they are during ab ripper.

Wow! you're really doing well and your diet looks awesome too. Great job! This is my rest week, so I'm doing treadmill as much as I can, but I'm so sick this weekend I can't get out of bed and have 3 days of training at corporate starting Monday. I will need to stay motivated!!
