Ive had 2 up the carbs to get me through 5 3-hour shows in over 3 days. Fettuccini last night tasted amazing and so indulgent 👍😂
60.2 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
