Good. An emotional wreck half the time which means very little eating some days then being so hungry I over eat a few days later. It balances out 😛. Healing well though! Went to the gym yesterday using the bar only and 5# dumbbells. Tight this morning but no soreness yet. Talking to the husband I realized I’ve only been to the gym a handful of times in the last two years! Well more like 18 months or so. My favorite brand of leggings were looser than normal. Need to make sure they are a small like my others and that I didn’t accidentally buy a medium at some point. I can fit some Xs workout tops but they are a bit more fitted that I like (you can tell the mismatched size of my implants in them where the smalls don’t conform in that area as much). So even without the gym I’m getting smaller. The bar only didn’t wear me out as I expected but I didn’t do as much as I’d hoped because it did pull on the scar some. Also figured out my right shoulder and both elbows will need more work getting back into shape than my muscles will 😂. It’s a bit embarrassing to go back to the gym and use such light weights! I wanted to announce it was my first time back and I’m 5 weeks post op so they didn’t think I was really that weak lol. No problems with being that weak other than I shouldn’t be. What I did last night was a struggle when I first started so I know I didn’t lose everything at least!

You're being smart about it and taking it slow, so you'll be back to your former strength level soon. I know you get a bit frustrated, but you're doing a good job taking care of yourself. 👍😊

Thanks! I’m sore today so I guess I did some good. I will get back to where I was it’ll just take awhile! I go back in 2 months and then he will tell me how I’m healing and in 6 months we will talk next steps. So I have 6 months, 5 now actually, to get in better shape before I will probably be out again for another 3-6 months.
