The last time I weighed myself was a week ago. I gained 300gr (0.3kg). I increased daily healthy fat intake, moderate protein and moderate carb with normal workout schedule and IF 18:6 - 20:4 eating patern
41.8 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
