For the past 3 days I've been very fatigued and woozy, so yesterday I had a 2000c carb and fat fest. I feel better so the gain is totally worth it 🤗
56.2 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
