With frail spouse finally home from hospital, I tended to hover a lot rather than moving around and constantly offer him food to help him gain weight (at 6 ft 2 he is just 153 lb of bone). He is improving very slowly but of course, being the labrador I am, I cleaned up all the left-overs. Sigh. Restraint is the key for me. It could have been worse, I didn't gain weight :-)
