Change what I can control. I'm so lazy I don't exercise I'd rather just decrease the cals instead. I'm here with my "dinner" mushroom soup, but then going to bed, so why waste the cals - forget it and skip it, take meds and just go to bed. Don't need the extra 170 anyway. Hung with Ursh today. Faaark. Everything is a goddamn drama. Exhausts me. Just exhausting. So tired.
63.4 kg Lost so far: 35.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
