Went on a short vacation and didn't do well on my diet toward the end of the week. I'm back on track this week!! I have some slight tummy issues, but I plan on getting through those as well, with some natural remedies!
77.3 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
