I had no change from Friday despite exercise on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, However I realised that I was my own worst enemy. Upon reflection I have realised that I botched my eating yesterday. Keto levels measured @0.8mmol which is low but promising. Got a lot of things to do, work wise, Will need to keep a balance especially on getting enough sleep. I am also trying to muster up enough determination to hit the gym at 5am, 5 days a week.
