Happy with weight-loss, at least I have finally begun the journey, losing good weight without doing too much heavy gym work which is great, I might stick to no more than 45 mins in the Gym. Ketones @ 2.0 mmol/L which is great.
146.8 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 59.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
