One month left and only 3 pounds left to reach my goal of 180 by Christmas! 😀

Before I trim down, I'm gonna probably shoot for a max of 190 while maintaining the same body type (a little jiggly, but not that it overpowers the muscularity).

This "normal weight" thingy is pretty surreal - I still look at myself and see a skinny twig 🤔
80.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have no problem taking about my femininity either.... just ask anyone here about my love for leotards, stilettos, and leg warmers a my gym apparel 😀

Chris you are not too skinny! 🙃 If only I had that problem! I’d make goal in no time - I guarantee it!!! 😊 Unfortunately! If body builders religiously try to gain weight.. Does that mean they go to the gym for mass?😄
