Cracked through the 90kg barrier, pretty pleased about this. There's no doubt now that my metabolism has switched to being fat adaptive because I sure don't give it many carbs to burn. The best thing though is that I don't get cravings or even get that hungry. I only eat when I'm hungry and I limit my portion sizes, rarely eating more than what fits in a cereal bowl.
