REALLY fell off track for a few months, not proud of my hiatus but have motivation now as i have a lot of events coming up that I'd like to be able to actually fit into my suit for
70.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
