Let myself go too much and undid all my hard work for the past months . Disappointed but honestly I’m glad I got on the scale Bc I needed that ride awakening.

I need to make myself a priority.

Goals daily:
Log everything
Move /cardio for 30 to 45 mins a day
Weight train for 30 mins
Drink a gallon of water
Eat the sheet
Remember I am worth it
