Going to try high protein liquid breakfast and lunch and lots of water interspersed with fruit then normal main meal for dinner today, am minor official with v8 supercars until Sunday so no alcohol for the next four days (not even my, ahem, usual glass of wine for dinner) and lots of walking.
86.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
