I just came back from a walking holiday. I had a small weight loss considering the exercise I did. But on the positive, I did enjoy a few restaurant meals & my weight is back into the 60s.
69.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
