Kezzalina's Journal, 10 Jan 22

Almost officially lost 10kg. Only taken me 5 and a half months, yeesh at least I have actually stuck to my "eating lifestyle", I reckon this has to be the longest I've stuck to any diet. Even tho I haven't been very strict and I think that is the reason I've been able to stay with it this long. While I am still losing I won't worry about changing anything yet.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think it is a great idea to not be too strict, as it is more sustainable. I work hard at the gym 2 days week, but I do other easier or fun stuff on other days e.g. walking, swimming, zumba.

I'm t the same, almost lost 10kg but it's taken over 5 months. I guess it did include Xmas and New Year though. Feels like I'll never get there, but really I'm so happy to have lost the weight I've lost that I don't really focus on the end goal too much. I'm just happy to be 10kg lighter, as I have more energy, flexibility and comfort. Congrats on what you've achieved! Pick up 10kg and walk around with it for a bit - it's not very comfortable

Thank you for your encouraging comments lovely people! I take my dog for a walk every afternoon so not getting a big lot of exercise, but I did get a VR headset (Oculus Quest 2)for Christmas and try to regularly play dance games, (Synth Riders etc) definitely gives an old chick like me a workout. And I hadn't thought about it that way before @Maykot so that was a very good reminder of how far I have actually come, thank you!
