Just spent 4 days working at Perth V8s, living on bread rolls and wraps, sigh. Great fun but now cooking vegetables for Lillie Ross soup diet to start tomorrow. This one works for me short term.
86.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I wonder if it's the same soup diet recipe that I'm fond of? If it is, I make the soup anyway, just as a good, low fat lunch. Good luck with the diet.
