Well, we survived the tsunami!😁
Never ever have seen the beaches closed due to one before, so I really got spooked! 😳
Some coastlines were flooded, plus my husband was effected by it. When they are fishing the tournament, the tide has a lot to do with it. They couldn’t understand what was happening as the tide drew out, then right back in again over and over. They thought what the heck is happening? Then helicopters flew over them saying to vacate because of the tsunami, but the head of the fishing tournament said they could stay.
It really wasn’t an emerging sea.😆
The opposite of the tsunami is a microwave.😃
OK, that’s all I have, thankfully!
I did lose an oz, but I wasn’t getting back on the scale to double check it. 🙃
Plus, today I have been munching on the potato chips that my hubby gave me for our anniversary, cheap gift that gets a lot of applause.😋🥲
Have a ton of housework to get done, might help with the potato chip calories, I do share some with the dog, for that’s a dog's favorite kind of potato chip,Ruffles!😆

Glad it was not too bad. Mircowave ... ha ha. About the potato chip. On the dating show Before the 90 days one of the guys gave his maybe girlfriend an electrical toothbruhs and I said... this is not lasting... but in light of what I am hearing from you there is a lot I do not know about relationships

Liv001, he would not last with me neither. My hubby and I splurged on each other too much so we have tone it down and promised not to go over $40, but we usually do. He also got me a card, which is the most important item, flowers, a super warm and soft robe jacket, a tumbler, chocolate expensive candies of all kinds,(dang him)! Of course, I got him fishing stuff, he’s easy to buy for.
An electric toothbrush is not a gift, it’s a chore gift, like getting a vacuum cleaner, that just sucks! 😁 It should be a fun item, that makes you smile, but I guess that helps your smile.😆 Stay warm Liv001!!💕🌺

I saw a tsunami in Malibu in the 50's (I'm so old!) that wiped out a row of beach houses. We were standing on a high cliff. I will never forget it (obviously!).

Shrew being anywhere around the breach that is u der tsunami threat is so dangerous because of the powerful riptides that are formed. Did the people not understand this? Obviously not.

Kenna, I have never seen the beaches closed down before because of a tsunami. My husband definitely was effected by it in their small bass boat even. Very scary, thank goodness only flooding happened, and no one was pulled out to sea.😲
