I keep losing track of myself, but really trying this time and am actually motivated! To help with me starting off I'm going to try and limit myself to strictly only 3 meals a day (no snacks) and get 10000 step in a day to stay active. Short term goal is currently to lose 2 kilos before the end of the season.
70.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
