I dont know how i have put on weight as i have been very strict to the point of near starving myself.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you have a strategy? eg calorie counting, cutting sugar, cutting refined carbs? You need a good plan to stick to and a bit of time. Don't rush things.

Well said Heather that was my problem wasn't eating enough couldn't loose started eating more of what works .... like each week I play around ... like in three days I've lost more than 1 kg three days of a big breakfast carbs honey lunch carbs & protein cottage cheese for dinner with two snacks fruit

Starvation mode! Your body clings to everything for survival.

Thanks for support and advice. Trying to stay under 1200 calories a day. But you are right, i need to eat regular to lose the weight. My job makes it very hard to stick to a plan. Im a scrub nurse and if i eat i start to get the shakes and standing at an operating table that is not good.
