I sort of worked out yesterday! Not a work out, but in my office I was up moving boxes cleaning up year’s end, just moving moving moving and yet I stayed the same!☹️ I guess it helps if you eat less, which I haven’t been able to do. I’ve been going over my calories, which I guess is not a good idea!😞
The thing with people who are bad at counting calories is that they have the figures to prove it!🥲
