Gained quite a bit of weight; trying not to get down about it though. I only at ~1400 calories yesterday and I walked around doing grocery shopping yesterday evening so more activity then I've been doing on average lately. Thinking of doing high res for a while starting Monday, that was I can get quick results and focus on just maintaining a low weight.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thinking it may be bloating because most of my calories yesterday were carbs, and usually I don't really have more than one serve a day.

Eating too many carbs can add a kilo of bloating just like that, for me!
