well the 2 months in Hawaii had me up to 133.5 working my way back down. New Goal is to lose 5 pounds every month. Reward is $60 shopping trip or sushi outing..😺
58.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
