Well, no loss this morning - in fact, I gained another pound. Oh well. With what I've been eating, I shouldn't expect anything different. I'll just keep floundering around, treading water here in this pond of indecision until I figure out in which direction I want to swim.
114.0 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 46.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

Here's hoping that for your health you swim in the direction of just good nutrition~ I prefer to look at what I eat in that sense of nutrition then diet...so I am never on a diet! :)

Oh those plateaus can be difficult. Every time I hit one of those I would be like, " OK now I'm going to omit soda" or something like that. The plateaus are the toughest. Finding the ability to harness energy for the next adventure be it actually swimming or walking everyday is where I need to get my head at. Good luck.

good nutrition gets a vote from me, too! maybe you don't need to pick a direction quite yet (keto, low carb, whatever) but maybe just start recording? sometimes that's enough to get us going :-)
